Replacing generic tools with a purpose-built fintech CRM
In 2023, a leading fintech company partnered with us to replace their outdated CRM approach with a custom-built platform tailored to their business model.
The goal was to streamline operations, reduce manual work, and bring greater visibility to the full sales and product lifecycle. The platform had to integrate seamlessly with existing systems and be robust enough to support future growth and regulatory changes.
Legacy tools slowed down operations and limited scalability
The client relied on off-the-shelf CRM systems that did not reflect the complexity of their internal processes. Key activities such as commission calculations, sales monitoring, and product updates were handled manually through Excel sheets or external workflows.
This created inefficiencies, increased the risk of error, and made the business difficult to scale. The lack of integration across tools also meant teams were duplicating data and wasting valuable time on routine tasks.
A fully customized CRM platform built for operational efficiency
We designed and developed Omni CRM from the ground up, working closely with the client’s internal teams to capture the real needs of their sales and back-office operations. The platform includes an intuitive interface for managing sales agents, client records, and commission structures, as well as a visual toolkit for updating financial products and fees.
Each feature was tailored to match real-world workflows, including a flexible engine for building and managing commission schemes. The CRM is tightly integrated with the client’s investment platform, AML system, and internal tools through real-time APIs, ensuring data consistency across the board.
Our technology stack combined Vue.js and Ionic for a responsive web and mobile interface, with Laravel and PHP powering the backend. Every module was designed iteratively and tested with real users across the organization, leading to high adoption and satisfaction from day one.
