Making Crypto Investment Feel Effortless
When Fumbi approached us, they had a clear vision: make cryptocurrency investment understandable and usable for people with no technical background.
We joined them at the early stage of their journey in Slovakia, redesigning their platform, building new tools for education, and ensuring that the user experience would never stand in the way of financial confidence.
A Promising Product with a Complex User Experience
Fumbi had a strong brand and an ambitious mission to democratize crypto investing, but their digital experience was holding them back.
The web platform lacked consistency and responsiveness, key flows like onboarding and trading were confusing for beginners, and educational content wasn’t effectively structured. Their users needed trust, clarity, and control. Instead, they were met with complexity. That’s where we came in.
A Fully Redesigned, User-First Platform
We redesigned Fumbi’s entire web presence, from homepage to transactional flows, with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and responsiveness. Based on their existing brand identity, we created minimalistic, vibrant interfaces that felt trustworthy and easy to navigate.
We also built the Fumbi Academy, a content hub designed to educate users on crypto fundamentals. Throughout the platform, we used accessible UX writing to explain complex terms and help users make informed decisions. Beyond design, we led continuous UX research and usability testing, gathering insights that shaped ongoing product improvements. Our agile development team then translated these into real features, including a streamlined client dashboard, simplified crypto purchase and sale flows, and full onboarding redesign.
To maximize accessibility, we also delivered a cost-effective mobile app using Ionic and Vue.js, essentially wrapping the web experience into a mobile-friendly format. This allowed Fumbi to reach a broader audience without heavy investment in native app development.

The redesigned platform not only elevated Fumbi’s digital presence, it became a core driver of user trust and adoption. The mobile app reached broader audiences via the App Store and Google Play, earning a 4.1-star rating and numerous positive reviews.
Fumbi was now equipped with a digital product that could scale alongside its vision, backed by real user feedback, agile delivery, and a clear mission to make crypto investing simple, secure, and empowering for everyone.
