ARTS Asset Management supports a diverse network of independent advisors and boutique wealth firms. Each partner needed a modern, customizable client portal, but building separate apps for each would have been slow, costly, and prone to regulatory risks.
To solve this, we developed a multi-tenant SaaS platform that streamlined investor onboarding, integrated biometric KYC, and automated compliance checks. Our solution allowed partners to launch fully branded portals in hours, without extra development. By offering a scalable, unified system, we enabled ARTS to support a growing network of partners with ease delivering compliance, efficiency, and flexibility all in one.
Say goodbye to paper-based onboarding
The company faced significant challenges with its wealth management processes, as manual, paper-heavy onboarding slowed growth and led to higher drop-off rates.
Each partner required a customized look-and-feel, product catalog, and regulatory settings, making it difficult to scale efficiently. Additionally, legacy systems created complex barriers for cross-market compliance and reporting, adding to the operational burden
These factors combined to hinder the company’s ability to expand and meet the demands of a growing multi-partner ecosystem.
We simplify EIC integration
To address these challenges, we developed a multi-tenant SaaS platform featuring biometric identity verification (in partnership with Innovatrics), automated AML/PEP screening, and configurable risk rules.
The platform was directly integrated with the EIC core system, automating the account creation process after onboarding and eliminating manual hand-offs. We also provided fully white-label front ends, allowing customization of colours, logos, and content per tenant within the same codebase.
Additionally, we streamlined the funding flow by enabling investors to receive bank transfer instructions with a pre-filled QR code, simplifying payments and avoiding high gateway fees. Finally, a central admin console was built to manage portfolios, advisor workflows, and audit trails.

Partners can go live in hours, launching their branded portal on the same day with no additional development required. Seamless integration with the EIC platform ensures investor data, portfolios, and transactions flow automatically from day one.
The digital-first client journey allows investors to verify their identity, fund accounts via instant QR-based bank transfers, and track portfolios online.
