Job Description

  1. Drawing nice pictures

Yes, we know you do much more than just draw nice pictures – but try to explain to someone who thinks Canva is a design software. Your main task will be to create digital products that look like ads but function like Swiss watches. And don't worry if you want to experiment with modern trends, we are all for it!

  1. Collaborate with developers

You have a chance to be a mediator between design and development. Your design must be simple and easy to implement so developers won't hate it – but also so refined that you will be proud when someone opens it on mobile.

  1. Create UX/UI designs in Figma

You will use Figma more than social media – so if you know how to create a prototype realistic enough for a client to click, you have extra points. If not, we will teach you. Mainly, know that design is not just about beauty but also about users not going crazy.

  1. Communicate with clients

Sometimes you need to translate requests like "I want it to be... dynamic" into real assignments. Sometimes you have to gently but firmly explain why the gradient from lime green to neon pink is not a "modern look." We always help our clients understand what they really need (even if they think they know better).

  1. Save the world

We work on projects that make sense – fintech, medtech, edutech, and everything that can push the company forward. Your designs can be modern thanks to technology and trends, not only functional but also visually inspiring. So yes, sometimes you literally save the world (or at least someone's patience with an app).

Who are we looking for

  1. You know Figma (or are ready to learn)

You must love Figma because you will work with it daily. If you know Adobe programs too, that’s a plus, but we don’t need a portfolio full of "masterpieces" from Illustrator. The main thing is that you know what you are doing.

  1. You have visual sensitivity

Design is not just about colors but also about space, proportions, and consistency. You know what white space means and are not afraid to use it. If you get irritated when a logo is moved two pixels off-center, you’re our person.

  1. You can communicate

Communication is key – with the team, clients, and project managers. If you sometimes get stuck, you know how to say so. If the client comes with a nonsense request, you can diplomatically manage it.

  1. You have your own opinion

You’re not afraid to say that something won’t work if the team insists on it. But careful, everything is backed by arguments and facts – here it’s not about ego but results.

  1. You are flexible

One day you can work on the logo, the next on UX for a fintech platform, and the third on wireframes for a mobile app. If you are fine with this and can adapt quickly, you will feel at home with us.

  1. You can handle responsibility

When we entrust you with a task, we count on you to manage it – but also to tell us immediately if something goes wrong so we can solve it together. No hiding problems under the rug.

  1. You are one step ahead of AI (and know how to use it to your advantage)

We’re not looking for someone afraid that a robot will steal their job. We want a designer who says: "Hey, AI, fix this for me, but nicely according to my rules." You know how to use AI to speed up work and improve results – and also keep it under control so Comic Sans doesn’t appear by accident.

Why choose us

  • Space for initiative – Your ideas are welcome, every task has meaning and pushes us forward.

  • Freedom and variety – Join various projects, set goals, and grow with us.

  • Title doesn’t matter – It depends on your approach and results, not on the title.

  • Flexibility and respect – Home office and flexible working hours are standard here.

  • Openness to change – If you see room for improvement, we make it happen.

  • Trust from day one – No micromanagement, but responsibility and autonomy.

  • Support for education – We invest in your growth through mentoring, training, and courses.

  • Inspiring culture – We build startups, fintech projects, innovate education, and expand abroad.
